Khezza Microfinance Limited has been actively providing micro-loans to the unbanked population, micro entrepreneurs, active poor Ugandans most especially youth and women in the areas of Kampala,Wakiso,and  Mukono since 2022. We are vastly knowledgeable of the area’s microfinance needs offering our customers access to the best, affordable and appropriate services for those at the bottom of the income pyramid. We would like to take this opportunity to talk about Khezza’s concept behind our uniqueness.

Being a local and indigenous Microfinance Institution with operations all over the central region in Uganda with several branches, how do we maintain our unprecedented success year after year? Our top priority is client service delivery by well trained and motivated staff across the organization.  We are fully answerable to our valued clients, funders and other industrial partners. We ensure there is efficiency in service delivery. Besides, as an organization we take transparency in all our dealings with both clients and partners as a strategic matter. This has earned us the confidence of the local communities we serve and opened us up to great opportunities of reaching out to more and more of the unbanked that are formally excluded.

Our main focus is on reaching out to the low income earners especially women and youth with appropriate loan products targeting production, processing, trade/marketing, and asset acquisition. This is a matter that has eluded unbanked sector for a long time. However, KHEZZA has developed financial products that are tailored for both the individual and groups, through the unsecured loans and door to door banking, flexible loan repayment. We are passionate about technology. We aspire to put control in customers’ hand in a way that is safe, and enjoyable.
